Our Oven Catena has the highest productivity in the market thanks to our chain that allows you to put 20 garments per meter.

The airflow of the Oven Catena was specially designed to create the maximum internal air circulation possible. While inside the heating chamber, the hot air passes through the garments over 900 times, ensuring a complete and uniform drying/polymerization.

Dividing the curing process into two steps is the most efficient and fastest way to do it, as it allows you to control the polymerization phase accurately. In this way, the resin starts polymerizing after the water is completely evaporated from the garments.

Compared to other conveyors with the same productivity, Oven Catena requires a smaller floor print and up to 50% lower power consumption.

Oven Catena is equipped with a frontal display to monitor consumption constantly.
