TWO STEP PROCESS
Dividing the curing process into two steps is the most efficient and fastest way to do it, as it allows you to control the polymerization phase accurately. In this way, the resin starts polymerizing after the water is completely evaporated from the garments.
INFLATABLE DUMMIES
The Margherita machine is equipped with our specially designed Swing OPS dummies. Swing OPS are inflatable, one-size-fits-all dummies that allow the highest quality of any 3D effect.
SMART AIRFLOW
The hot airflow of the Margherita is designed to go from top to bottom, thus going through the whole length of the trousers for a uniform drying.
HIGH PRODUCTIVITY
Depending on the weight of the trousers and the amount of resin, the drying time ranges from a minimum of 5/6 minutes to a maximum of 9/10 minutes with an average production of 400 trousers hours.
