Features
INFLATABLE DUMMIES
Our Spray Conveyor is equipped with inflatable dummies that have an adjustable pressure control system, they recognize the size of the garments and automatically stop inflating, and they can automatically rotate, making the production smooth and efficient.
AUTOMATIC UNLOADING
The Spray Conveyor has an automatic unloading system that reduces manual movements to a minimum and makes the production cycle smooth for the operator.
3-LEVEL FILTERING SYSTEM
Our Spray Conveyor is the most sustainable in the market, having a three-level filtering system that ensures that only clean air goes out into the environment. The three levels are the water pipe with spray nozzles, the specially designed and patented ECO-PLUS system (a wet labyrinth made of PVC fins that trap and eliminate chemical particles).
SMALL FLOORPRINT
The floor print of the conveyor is reduced to the minimum by placing the cabin internally, thus taking up as little space as possible.
